Su is a fully qualified Trade Mark Administrator, having passed the examination of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys. She is an Associate Member of ITMA and is on the Committee of the Intellectual Property Administrators Group (IPAG).

Su joined us in 1993 after working for a legal service firm. Su's main responsibility is to administer and oversee all our Trade Mark formalities and renewals. In addition to this, she is also responsible for the general organisational needs and procedures to ensure the smooth running of our offices.

In her spare time, Su is studying British Sign Language (BSL), the national language of the deaf community in Britain. The course that she attends is run by a nationally recognised governing body, whose aim is to promote and raise standards of communication between deaf and hearing people.
